We received notice from National Credit-Reporting System (NCS) that CBSV services (SSA-89) will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance from 9:00 p.m. ET on Monday, September 28, 2026, through 6:00 a.m. ET on Monday, October 5, 2026.

During this time, you may continue submitting SSA-89 orders; however, they will remain queued until CBSV service is restored.

Please note: this outage will not affect clients using eCBSV services.
