Identified - We have identified the issue impacting the subset of Experian orders and are working to implement the fix.

Investigating - We are investigating reports of errors with Undisclosed DebtX activations from Experian due to duplicate submissions. This appears to affect a subset of previously submitted requests with Experian - new orders are being processed as intended. We are working to resolve this and will provide updates as they become available.
