Update

Experian credit pulls are back to operating without errors.

Precise ID are still generating errors in some cases.

We will remain in contact with Experian Precise ID support to track complete resolution.

Update

The scope of this incident has expanded to include Experian credit pulls in addition to errors with Precise ID requests. We continue to remain engaged with Experian support for updates as they have acknowledged a technical issue in their systems.

Experian continues to investigate the issue. Though we are still experiencing elevated error response rates, we are seeing repulls returned successfully.

We have observed an elevated error rate with Experian Precise ID. Our team has reached out to Experian support and they are investigating. We are continuing to monitor the behavior.
