We are investigating an issue affecting Undisclosed DebtX Automated Service Ordering (ASO) in Encompass.

Workaround:
Until the issue is resolved, clients should temporarily deactivate Undisclosed DebtX ASO and submit Undisclosed DebtX orders manually.
We are actively working with ICE toward a resolution and will provide another update as additional information becomes available.
